This package is meant to provide the complete psychedelic healing experience. We will start with a comprehensive medical and psychological intake to determine your suitability for this service and to provide a mutual and holistic understanding of why you are here. Next, we will do an education session where you can ask any questions you have about psychedelic medicine so you feel confident in your knowledge of the process.* After the education session, we will begin the three one-hour preparation sesions. Like a rock climber prepares by mapping out their climb and making sure their equipment is working properly, preparing for psychedelic experiences is vital to maximizing their benefits while minimizing potential harm. These sessions will revolve around curating set and setting, developing your intention for the trip, creating safety plans, planning proper dosage, choosing music playlists, and much more. We will talk about your reasons for exploring this work, including but not limited to: poor relationships, undesriable behavioural patterns, substance use and addiction, loneliness, and childhood and adult traumtic expereinces. These sessions will allow you to enter your psychedelic session with a new level of self-awareness and confidence in your unconscious behavioural patterns - an important aspect for maximizing benefits from psychedelic medicine. Then, you will either have a trip on your own time or purchase a Sitting session with myself (see "Optional" below for more information) or another practitioner. Last we will complete three one-hour Integration sessions. It is difficult to integrate psychedelic expereinces into our daily lives because they often involve changing our deeply engrained subconsious world-views or behaviours, a task that requires constant evaluation and upkeep. Thus, these sessions will support you in first unpacking the teachings from your experiences and then developing strategies to integrate them into your daily life.
